When opening a ticket and in the comments section, when you want to load older comments could you make to load on scroll instead of a button that says "Load 10 newer comments"?
Each time you add a new comment it refreshes or open a new ticket you have to press the button, and then hold shift in order to load all the comments which I believe is redundant.
Or if you can not make it like that, just make the "Hold shift and press to load all comments" show on the first "Load comments" button and not on the second?
Also if you can make it not refresh when you add a new comment (make it asynchronous), or if not possible the scroll thing would be really helpful.
Thanks!
