Hi Everyone,

I would like to create SLA Met vs Exceeded Dashboard for last 12 months for a particular project used by multiple team.

While this is possible through SLA Gadgets - Periodic Met vs Exceeded SLAs but limited to the see the trend basis the time range, is there a way we can see the trend comparison for multiple team?

For example: I would like to see a comparison of how the 2 team performed in meeting the SLA's for last 12 months.

Hi @Siddharth Relhan !

As far as I know, Jira's native functionality doesn't support creating a dashboard to compare met vs. exceeded SLAs across multiple projects simultaneously with detailed visualization.

But if you're open to using Atlassian Marketplace add-ons and want to simplify these processes, I recommend trying SLA Time and Report for Jira, developed by my team.

Our add-on allows you to create powerful SLA reports for multiple projects at once. With it, you can:

  • Use charts and graphs, such as SLA Met vs. Exceeded graph, SLA Statuses Pie Chart and SLA Met vs Exceeded per Assignee to compare team performance.
  • Analyze SLAs across multiple projects using custom Jira filters.
  • Select the desired time range for analysis to review SLA trends over weeks, months, or custom periods.
  • Export reports for further analysis and team discussions.
  • Track SLAs in real time for faster reactions to breaches.

A detailed guide on how to install and configure the add-on is available in our documentation.

This app simplifies SLA management and provides comprehensive monitoring and reporting capabilities. You can try the 30-day trial to see if it fits your needs.
