where can we check in Jira to see if the License expiration data is changed for cloud access

You can find the necessary information at https://admin.atlassian.com in the Billing section. For more information pleas see Manage your bill for Standard and Premium plans

Hi Anu,

Thanks for the screenshot. Looks like you're not the main Billing contact - you probably have Cloud paid through an Atlassian partner? If you pay for your Cloud license yourself, you need to be a billing contact - please see Manage your bill for Standard and Premium plans.
