Running JIRA and Google Work Space Sync without email notifications to users

I want to run a Google workspace sync with JIRA without triggering any email invites or other notifications to the users involved in the sync

Turns out we can't disable email invites that get sent out to new users. There is a feature request for this though.

I can't remember but I don't recall e-mail gets sent out for syncing. You may want to try with one user and see.
