Hello!
Basically the issue is that a user can access to a project and shouldn't be able to see different project and the other way round.
In addition, the user should even not be able to see that there are different boards on JIRA.
Worse, I can create a TEST ticket in other project that I should not be able to create it. This is a problem of permission?
Would you help us with this problem?
Thank you!
Hi @Soporte LeanPMS , I would suggest the following reference - permissions-overview .
I suspect that your users are going into a default group, e.g. developers or jira-users and the permissions for your projects are giving access based upon that group.
start by going to project > Project settings > Permissions and inspect each of the permissions.
