Reset Password not actually resetting password

Used the forgot password link to send myself an email to reset my password, follow the link in the email to reset, says password reset after I make a new one, but I cannot log in with the new password, have never been able to log in.

Is the password actually being reset? There was a previous bug that was closed with the same issue.
