I'm having a problem trying to update my email/login information. It's telling me that my account is managed by the admin, but that admin is myself. When I try to suggest a new email within the admin portal, it tells me I can't suggest an email to self. This seems like a really bad loop and I'm not sure how to solve this.
Any ideas?

Have you tried changing your email through your profile instead?
Yes, I get the "Your account is managed. Contact your administrator to change your email address".
I'm the administrator though, and when I try to change my email through the admin portal, I get the other error that says I can't change the email address to myself.

That suggests that your account exists in Atlassian Cloud because it has been created there by integration with an external identity provider, like Microsoft Active Directory. In such a case you can't change the email address directly in Atlassian Cloud. Instead it has to be changed in the identity provider service.
