Hi, can you tell me if, when I send a comment to a Requested Participant, INTERNAL COMMENT.  Does their response remain INTERNAL also?

Internal Comments are meant for internal colleagues. 

Request Participants are meant to be added by the customer (external colleague)

I would add the internal colleagues as a Watcher in the ticket.( if they have a jira license)
