Renewing license

Hi Atlassian,


We would like to know:

  • If we have a 100 users licenses, if we want to upgrade to 250 users, we only must pay the differences?
  • Does a time limit exist between the purchase of the 100 users license and the possibility to upgrade?
  • Do we have a new year of maintenance after the upgrade?

We're just end users here but,

  • Yes, it's the difference
  • No limits, although if your licence runs out, you'll be renewing or getting a new licence
  • Depends on what you buy - some people will buy the remaining months on their current licence and renew as usual, others will restart the year clock.  (Either way, your existing licence is taken into account)

We must pay the difference for the licence JIRA and all the plugins we bought?

Yes, add-ons need to be licenced at the same level as your highest application number (JIRA Core, JIRA Software or JIRA Service Desk).
