Removing Story from Sprint

If we have set a sprint and then based on planning and issues that came up I want to pull stories out of the sprint and back into the Plan (product) backlog to be picked up at a different time, how do I do that?

To remove from a sprint, click on the issue key in the plan or work board so that the detail pane pops up. On the detail pane, click the cog wheel on the right and choose "Remove from Sprint."

Have you tried upgrading?

The ability to add issues to a running Sprint from the Plan mode was added in version 5.9.1 of GreenHopper
