Release burndown its showing wrong information.

We have two parallel sprints are running(Active) mode.One is started by me & other is started by other user(Scrum Master).While I am validating progress of my sprint then my observations is;

1. Sprint Report is show correctly but in release burndown its showing wrong information.
2. Still now my team has completed 28 story point but out of 28, 26 is showing in different sprint name (V_0.1_TFE_SPRINT-2) and 2 is showing in V_0.1_TFS_SPRINT-1 (My sprint).
3. Please check attached document for your reference  and let me know on urgent basis.
