@Edmer John Sarmiento @Bernhard Doleschel (Ease Solutions)

We had someone add over 5000 requirements into the system, unfortunately, now we would like to remove them all.  Is there a way to do this?  We can delete the Project from R4J but adding it back restores everything.  We found that we can Click top - Shift-Click bottom but this has a limit of 100 items.

Thanks.

Hello @Dan Long,

Aside from the bulk selection/deletion which you've already mentioned (Click the top - Shift-Click bottom) which has a limit of 100 items.

You can also create a sub-folder with an automatic import rule which will move issues within own project tree (assuming they are all in the root/topmost folder) by interval to the sub-folder. Then, once all issues are moved, you can now delete the sub-folder which will also remove all issues inside it.

Best regards,

Edmer
