Exist some Update for Plugin Quick Subtask for JIRA 7.0 or 7.1?
I have at the moment version 6.3.x but I will shortly upgrade to Version 7 but this plugin is incompatible, waht I should to do?

Yes, version 4.4.0 has what you need: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.hascode.plugin.jira-quick-subtasks/versions
