If you look at the link explaining the correct answer, you can see this is from the Jira Cloud documentation. 

I typically wouldn't recommend using non Atlassian sources to study for the ACP exams for this reason, as you are learning the answers to whatever questions these are and not necessarily the style and content of the ACP exams. 

I would recommend to search in here in the Atlassian Community where other users have posted what they studied and what helped them pass the exams.

On top of what @Valerie Knapp said, my recommendation for top resource when preparing for exam(s) is Atlassian University. If specifically talking about ACP-100, then prep. materials such as Get exam-ready / Managing Jira Projects for Data Center are a way to start. These prep. materials usually contain sample questions which are reviewed and maintained by Atlassian team.

While all other materials, e.g. from other sites (such as Udemy, tpt and similar) can be found useful, they are not managed by Atlassian staff and therefore might contain some 'wrong' answers.
