Project list with description

Is it possible to add a column with the description to the project list?

When I click View All Project I want to see the description from every project in the table.

Not out of the box. You may have to write a custom plugin for this.

Moreover, if i were you i would question this change request. Having a long project description can seriously impact your readability of the All projects page.
