Hi,
I am currently having an issue with giving an estimated delivery dates of new projects coming in.
I would like to have a structure in place where I have my projects automatically assigned a spot depending on two criteria which I input manually:
1. Project Difficulty (easy, medium, hard)
2. Priority (low, mid, high)
Project Difficulty would underline the estimated timeframe needed to tackle the project whilst the priority would be... well the priority of the project.
Does anyone know how to set up this kind of system where all I have to do is input the project difficulty and priority and would give it an assigned spot in a Gannt chart format?
