Where I can I review the product request history for my instance? I declined many product requests, some as recently as this past Friday, but my Product Request page is completely empty. According to the documentation, "You can still open the request to see its details and find the user’s email address." when a product request is denied but I can't see where to do that.

Am only able to see the request details when the request is listed. You may be able to find some information in the audit log. See below.

Unfortunately the audit log doesn't seem to show product requests.
