Problems getting to the Advanced Settings page

I am an admin user of Jira with global permissions, and I am trying to edit the jira.table.cols.subtasks property as described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Sub-tasks

However, I do not see the "Advanced..." button on the General Configuration page as shown here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+JIRA+Options#ConfiguringJIRAOptions-advanced

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

Users do not have access to Advanced tasks in OnDemand, as this is restricted to the System Adminsitrator user only. This, and the other restricted functions/tasks are noted in the Restricted Functions page for OnDemand.
