Problem with Sprints

Hi! When I move a Task a other column, the task dissapears!

Automation would come in the form of an addon e.g. Scriptrunner, Power Scripts or Automation for Jira do you have any of these? Can you answer:

• are you the system admin?
• cloud or server
• Warren’s questions

Does this only happen with you? What happens if someone else tries the same move? If only you, check what is different between the other user and you, in terms of access rights.

Did this used to work for you before, or have you never been able to move it?

It looks as though the filter isn't allowing it to show in that state, so check what is in the board filter. 

Make a note of the issue key, then when it disappears, open the issue by using

https://company-name.atlassian.net/browse/PAL2-1

and check what status it is in

Okay, we move forward.

The problem seems to be that when you change it, you change the person responsible to Administrator, and that's why it disappears from your Sprint.

This where can I fix it?
