Problem data base custom field

Hi Guys,

I am using the "Data Base Cuztom Field" add-on to fill in the fields automatically, but it is bringing wrong information, for example. When it occurs to show the user's name, the jira is showing (JIRAUSER21437, JIRAUSER21437) the expected result is (e105554, t805508) that represents the user, follow the image.

Can you help me please?
