Possible to restrict assignee in certain status?

Hello,

is it possible to restrict assignee for status? I dont want users from a certain project role to be assignable in certain status of issue.

Hey, could address your problem through workflow properties like

jira.permission.assignable.user

jira.permission.assignable.group=QA

• means that only members of the QA group will be assignable in this particular state.
