Hello,
We are having a lot of difficulties using the app Portfolio because it has been incredibly slow. We can experience several performance issues during a small session, sometimes slow, sometimes too slow.

For who are using this app, do you have the same user experience? Any idea to troubleshoot?


We have a Server version, hosted in UK datacenter and we are in Lisbon (Portugal).

Hello @Humberto Gomes ,

Performance issues can come from a wide variety sources, so this one is gonna require a bit of digging to find the source, but because you have it narrowed down to actions performed in Portfolio directly thats actually best case scenario for collecting data to find out what the cause is.

Check out the following KB articles:

On top of those articles one of the items mentioned in the troubleshooting steps is Browser performance issues as a possible source and discusses creating and looking at HAR files to locate javascript load errors, But In tandem with that I also recomend running through the "Indispensable tests" section of our Browser Troubleshooting Guide  as well as a first step as its several quick tests that can be performed to further narrow down the scope of the issue.
