Portfolio Live Plans - unable to add story points in portfolio

Hi,

I am unable to enter story points to JIRA live plans. I have configured the configuration set to Story Points and the field is visible, but does not allow me to enter a number.

I can add story points to the item in JIRA and it appears in Portfolio - however I am unable to edit it.

Can someone please help.

I'm not sure what you mean by the first point - is this configuration in JIRA or Portfolio?

I do have perission to edit issues on the project - I am able to edit story points in JIRA, just not in portfolio.

I am an administrator and have the following persmissions configured in Portfolio:

Access control - Permissions:

Editors - is set to admistrators

Portfolio - Administratos - Portfolio permissions:

Porfolio Administrators - set to administrators

Portfolio User - set to administrators

Portfolio Restricted user - currently no groups added

Portfolio viewers - JIRA users

Portfolio LABS access - set to administrators

Have you checked that:

• the screen configured for Edit operation contains the Story Points field?
• you have Edit issues permission on the project?
