¿Porque cuando Creo una incidencia con una resolución se cambia la resolución a (sin resolver)?

Cuando se crea una incidencia con el campo resolución de (Pendiente resolución), después de crearse , el dato del camop resolución no se visualiza , es decír no se toma e dato que le se asigna en el momento de la creación. aparece es sin resolver

I apologise for not being able to answer in Spanish.

It sounds like you have a "post-function" on the transition, which says "clear resolution".

There is a problem with your "Pendiente resolución" too.  Because you put it in the resolution field, the issue is now resolved.
