Pop up/warning in Jira when attaching doc with the same name

I would like to have a message or warning pop up when attaching an attachment with the same name in my Jira tickets. Instead of just saving the attachment with a -1 at the end is it possible for a message to come up informing the user that they already have an attachment with that name? The hope is that this would prompt them to rename it to be more descriptive or update the original attachment instead.
