Pop up/warning in Jira when attaching doc with the same name

I would like to have a message or warning pop up when attaching an attachment with the same name in my Jira tickets. Instead of just saving the attachment with a -1 at the end is it possible for a message to come up informing the user that they already have an attachment with that name? The hope is that this would prompt them to rename it to be more descriptive or update the original attachment instead.

@Kristin Rains There is nothing like this delivered in Jira.  You would have to create your own app to accomplish this or use one of the apps in the marketplace for attachments.  I am not sure if any of the apps in the marketplace provide this functionality.
