Can I add a JIRA custom fields in the SLA rule?
Field Name: Product Type
Field Type: Drop Down
Field Value: X, Y and Z.
We need to add SLA rules:
1) If Product Type is X and Priority is Major then SLA rule is ....
2) If product Type is Y and Priority is Critical then SLA rule is...
We have already got the trial version, it is due to expire on 20/08/2016. Your plugin looks really good. The only thing holding us from buying is the above question.

You can add additional JQL to SLA definition.
So you can type
Product Type = X and Priority = Major to JQL text area of the SLA definition to apply the rule.
