Planning JIRA Upgrade 7.3.7 to not yet decided

Please help me to choose net version upgrade.

and check lists which needs to be take care as this is my first upgrade.

HI @Ankuskum

1. First of all please check the supported platform to which version you are planning to upgrade.

2. Take the backup of jira Home, Installation, XML and database for safer side.

3. Using jira update check in Manage add-ons check the add-ons compatibility.

4. Check the System Information.

5. Backup all the modified ile like serve.xml, web.xml, setenv.sh/.bat and cacerts for SSL.

6. Download and then start the upgrade.

Note: Before upgrading Production instance please upgrade and check to Dev/Test instance.
