I have the role of Administrator, Service Desk Customers, and Service Desk Team in a Service Project in Jira.  Both Administrator and Service Desk Team roles hold the permission to move a card from my project to another but when I select the three dots on an issue there is no "More" or "Move" option.

What's stranger is that I has a co-worker that has two of the three roles I have and then can accomplish a Move task with no problems.  Is there some other setting somewhere that I am missing?

Hi @Jonathan Watters ,

Do you have permission to browse and add issue in the other project? That maybe the reason why this issue is occurring. Although, you may have permission to move a ticket from the current project, you not have sufficient permissions in the other.

A further inspections of permission on both projects and cross referencing your co-workers may highlight what exactly is missing in your permission to allow you to MOVE the ticket.

Yes, I am an Admin in another project - the one I am trying to move a card to.

Anyway, after I put this Q in someone from my Co triggered an Atlassian email inviting me to Jira Service Management.  Whatever that was, it worked!!
