Permission for editing original estimates?

Is there any way to limit access for editing original estimates?

It is necessary to get access only for team leaders.

Developers can understand that they were wrong with the estimates and independently change the estimate

Hello,

You can remove Time Tracking field from the create and edit screens.  Create a transition for changing Time Tracking field and then add a condition for certain users to perform this transition. In this case you can  restrict Time Tracking field editing for certain users.
