*This is a critical issue because I cannot finish the installation/configuration of our jira instance and our customers are waiting.*
Using your support portal, when I comment on an issue it automatically moves to Atlassian Investigating.
Same goes for the opposite I guess, when you comment on an issue its status is changed to Waiting for Customer.
I want to do the exactly same transitions in my project.
How do I achieve that?
