Paineis de controle - Tecnologias envolvidas

Boa tarde!

Sou estudante de engenharia de software e desenvolvedora. Atualmente estou desenvolvendo uma pesquisa a respeito de painéis de controle e vi que a funcionalidade de criação de painéis de controle do Jira Service Management, afim de aprimorar minha pesquisa de campo, gostaria de saber quais tecnologias foram usadas para criar a possibilidade de criação de painéis de controle, bem como a função "Editar gadgets" e como tudo isso foi criado.

Ressalto que não atuo em área concorrente e não ofereço ameaças ao produto, quero apenas aprender como foi feito. Vocês poderiam ajudar na minha pesquisa?

I do not work for Atlassian but I have been using the application for a long time.  Dashboards were created as a way to help individuals track, monitor, and see how work is progressing at a higher level.  Gadgets are used to organize the data that comes from filters in an easy to read format.  Here is some additional information: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/jira-software/5-steps-to-build-a-killer-dashboard
