Out org admin is no longer working at out company,
and I cannot reach him for transferring the role

Was the former employee org admin the only org admin for your site? If so, you will need to contact Atlassian for support with this, as as anyway, we cannot access your site or settings.

Do you or anyone else access the area admin.atlassian.com? If so, you should at least be able to suspend the access of this person.

That is sad to hear; it is always a good idea to have at least 2 Org Admins in your environment to avoid scenarios like this in the future.
