Order of workflow actions

Hey, in jira 4.3.4 what controls the order of workflow actions on View Issue screen? I can set in jira-application.properties how many actions will be shown before the dropdown, but what determinates the order of them? or just direct me which class to look.

Hi, it's the 'opsbar-sequence' property of the transition.
