OOTB Next Gen Project is requiring "Resolution" when creating a new issue?

Hi,

We just created a new Next Gen project (OOTB Scrum Template) and cannot manually create new issues using the + on the left, due to a "resolution" being required.  The issues should be created with 'To Do' as the status, so no idea why it is requiring a resolution and I cannot find a way to shut off that requirement.

We have other OOTB Next Gen projects that are not doing this, just this one.

Using the "Create Issue" at the bottom of backlog works fine, and the issue is created with "To Do" as the status.

I did import issues from CSV to the new project, so not sure if that did something, although all issues were created with the status of To Do (I mapped status from the import file).  I tested this with another test project first, and it worked fine, and I CAN use the + to the left to create new issues there without "resolution" being required.  Any ideas?

Same issue here.
