Notification option - to inform u about comment

How to setup notification so u will be notified about comment

on issue but ONLY from other users.

Now I am notified also for my comments what is not ok

For Jira

1. Make sure your users are covered by the "comment" line in the notification scheme
2. Go into your profile and de-select "email me on my changes"
3. Consider changing your global user settings to turn off the flag too

Which application are we talking about? Jira, Confluence, other?

In Jira, check out your notification scheme: Administration > Schemes > Notification scheme > Default notification scheme (if you use the default one)
