Not receiving verification email

Hello,

I'm not receiving verification emails from Jira/Confluence. A correct email was entered but I don't understand why?

Can you please help me?

Hi Ngoc - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to have them check the suppressed email list for your particular email address.
