Not receiving email for password reset

I found that users are not getting password reset emails. Can you help me here?

Welcome to the community

To resolve users not receiving password reset emails, you can try:

  1. Check Spam/Junk: Ask users to check spam or junk folders.
  2. Email Suppression: Some emails may be blocked due to previous bounces. Contact Atlassian Support to remove them from the suppression list.

I confirm that user has not received email even in Spam or Junk folder.

 

However, I am not able to connect to the support center as I am on a Free plan. Is there any way to get rid of suppression list?
