Hello @Jypsy Jain ,

When you see a 503 error on the front end you will usually get a more detailed error in the log output on the backend, I would recomend checking the logs and let me know what you find.

But generally speaking a 503 during initial setup will usually indicate a database error, most commonly a collation or permissions issue causing something to fail during startup,  check the database statistics in the startup logging as well to see if there is anything listed for DB connection issue.
