Not able to restore xml backup

Hi,

 

I have taken the xml backup and now want to restore on new server where installed Jira again, but getting below error.

 

Could not find file at this location: C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\import\Jira_bck

Hello,

Is your file called Jira_bck.zip? Did you put it into the C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\import\ folder?
