Not able to edit or delete the user, clicking on EDIT throws an error.

There is a particular user in JIRA who threws the following errors when i try to edit or delete. Deleted the user from cwd_user table and restarted jira and when i try to add the user the same error happens again after creating the user.

Solved it, have to delete the user record from cwd_user, app_user tables and restart jira to make the errors disappear.
