Hi @Tech Admin - SK Finance Limited,

Since this appears to be a team managed project, changing a workflow is done from Project Settings > Issue types

Select the issue type you want to show the workflow for and then click Edit Workflow near the top right of your screen.

Hope this helps!

I see you already accepted my answer - so I guess you have already understood. But just for clarity: workflow schemes show as inactive when they are not linked to a project.

As I mentioned before: workflow schemes can only be associated with company managed projects (while yours is team managed).

this support article explains how you can manage workflow schemes - at the very end, it also mentions how to associate a workflow scheme with - once more - a company managed project.

Hello @Tech Admin - SK Finance Limited ,

Good day! :)

In team managed projects, to manage a workflow, you need to navigate to your concerned team managed project -> project settings -> Issue types -> Select an issue type and then click 'Edit Workflow'.

Just guessing here that you created a new workflow in Jira Settings and are hoping to add that workflow to your team managed project?

If so, that won't work. Centrally created workflows are only available to connect to company managed projects via a workflow scheme. In team managed projects you can only edit the workflow in your project, linked to the issue type.
