There is a problem with one of my colleague in accessing his account for training material @ http://university.atlassian.com/login.html.</span<>>
He had set up the account before and he was using this account initially and but unfortunately now he is not able to access. He is getting invalid credentials.
We also try to reset the password but we figured out that it is not even recognizing his email id. Complaining email id not found.
We are not sure why its not able to recognise email address as he was using his account before. Kindly let us know what the problem is?

It sounds like the user has been locked out. The system will lock you out if you try more than 5 times to log-in incorrectly. Just send an email to atlassian-university@atlassian.com">class="go">atlassian-university@atlassian.com with their email address and I'll make sure they are in the system and get it taken are of. Just something to keep in mind: make sure you log in w/ all lower-case letters in the email address.
Also, we are in the process of implementing a new feedback process - but in the meantime, you can email us any time at atlassian-university@atlassian.com">class="go">atlassian-university@atlassian.com. Soon we will have the appropriate contact link on the log-in error page once our system is in place.
