Result of "JIRA update check"  Issue Alternative Assignee is incompatible. I don`t try update to JIRA 7.2.

From your question it sounds like it isn't working in 7.2, correct? If that is the case you need to contact the vendor/developer. That is the problem with plugins; it takes a while for them to catch up. Some never do.
