New "Due" section of Issues for attention in Sprint health Gadget

We recently noticed a new "Due" section of the Sprint health gadget, under Issues for attention. It highlights issues that are "overdue" for the sprint. It appears this uses the "Due date" field from JIRA; does anyone know if this can be configured to use a different date field, perhaps by board or issue type? The linked article within the gadget didn't mention this new section at all.

Hi @Rebecca Lewis

Inside the Insights that appears on Agile type boards, there is a new Due section.  This is using the Due Date field, as you noticed.  At this time we don't have the option to set this to utilize a different date field.  Most users are leveraging the Due Date field to keep track of when an issue is expected to be completed by.

That said, if this is important to you, I would recommend clicking on the Give Feedback link that appears directly below that Due tab in the Insights feature.  This is one way to provide direct feedback to the team that creates this feature.

Thanks

Andy

Hi @Rebecca Lewis

I hypothesize that change is related to the recent addition of the Due Date to company-managed project (CMP) boards, even though changes to "work health" and "sprint health" is not specifically described in the weekly release blog:

Kind regards,
Bill

I agree, and I had a colleague noticed this Due Date late last year, then it disappeared, and now it is back. So it appears it is official now. I also was not familiar with this rollout list; thank you!

Hey @Rebecca Lewis , thanks for your post.. I'm going to tag Atlassian in to see if they can help with this.

My gut feeling is that you can't use a custom due date but let's see what Atlassian says

Cheers
