I remove the "Backlog" column from "Active Sprint" board, and suddenly all the stories in the "Backlog" section disappeared.
Welcome @Guihong Ma
You may want to check this article: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/quot-Backlog-quot-status-tickets-displaying-in-Scrum-Board-s-1st/qaq-p/2554238
it seems that problem was solved without a logical explanation.
My problem is still there.

Hello @Guihong Ma
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
For both the Board View and the Backlog View, only the issues that are assigned a status mapped to a column will be displayed.
If you have a status in the Unmapped Statuses area of the Columns configuration, issues in that status will not display one either the Board or Backlog.
