Seems like my jira product is deactivated, I am not able to access that, not able to access this https://thinksys-team-mytradehealth.atlassian.net/

Hi @Mayank Sharma,

Here from community there is nothing much we can do when it comes to site reactivation since only Atlassian Customer Advocates have permission for that. 

Please contact Atlassian Support directly.

In your first screenshot, next to the "Subscription" part, there is a "contact us" link.
I would use that one.
