My JIRA Id has been changed. Now I am unable to locate the issues raised by my old account

Hi,

 

For some reasons, my old JIRA account has been changed to some new ID.

Now I am unable to access the old issues/tasks raised by my old account.  IS there any way by which I would be able to view those issues and can change their reporter to my current existing ID ?

For that task exist bulk change https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver073/editing-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time-861257342.html

But You need permission level for that. I suppose You can ask your admin to do it.

Hi,

 

Yes that's possible but it would take a whole lot of process of approval, which is not possible at this moment.

So is there any other way by which i can change the reporter
