Migrating from JIRA Studio to On Demand. What happens to SVN we use with JIRA studio?

Deleted user October 25, 2012

Hi,

We're still using JIRA studio but will be migrated to On Demand hopefully soon. Now it looks like the support for SVN is no longer available with On Demand.

So after the migration from JIRA studio to On Demand, do we still have access to our SVN? And can we continue using SVN untill 15th October 2013?

Hi Janne,

You can continue to use your SVN repository with your new OnDemand instance up until 15th October 2013, as per the FAQ on the subject: http://go-dvcs.atlassian.com/display/EOL/Source+Review+Bundle+End+of+Service

We have also setup a website to advise you on how to convert your current SVN repository to a DVCS system, such as Git or Mercurial, and how you can host your converted data on our code hosting site BitBucket for easy integration with your OnDemand instance: http://go-dvcs.atlassian.com/display/godvcs/Home

All the best,
John

Thanks! Now it's clear. The FAQ was good.

The e-mail that I got was a bit ambiguous and prompted my question.
