Menu dropdown appears at bottom of page

Marc Watkins July 7, 2011

When I click on a Jira menu arrow to display the dropdown (ex. the administration tab at the top of the screen), the resulting dropdown is positioned at the bottom of the screen. All of the menu entries work correctly, but on a large screen, the user can not see the dropdown without scrolling to the bottom of the screen.

Is this due to a setup problem or is there any way to fix this?

I am having the same issue when viewing my jira page in IE9, but it's just fine in IE7, Firefox and Safari. Haven't tried IE8 yet.

I'm using mod_proxy as well, so I don't know if that's playing havoc with the links or not. Using the mod_proxy to forward through apache.

It turns out that the problem is IE 9 which is not supported yet by Atlassian. Oh well. The same pages work correctly in Firefox

A screenshot would help! Also, which version of JIRA and what browser?
