Lost projects after free trial ends

I signed up to a free trial and had 12 users on my account. I decided I did not want to proceed with the upgraded account, so did not enter my payment details. I missed some emails as I was travelling for work. Now that I have removed 2 users and my free account has been reactivated, I have lost the 2 projects I was working on. I really need them back. Can you help?

Hi @Rachel Meek Please go to admin.atlassian.com, under Manage subscription check if you are still on the Free Plan. If not, you can change the plan you are on from Standard to Free.

Yes - it now says Free but I can't see my projects
